Over nearly three decades, I have gained extensive international and multicultural experience, leading quality and safety system implementations, transformations, and capability building across multiple regions and sites worldwide.
My professional journey spans industries from hygiene and personal care to advanced manufacturing, where I have held regional, global, and site leadership positions. I have led organizations through complex change, supported major transformation programs, and worked hands-on with leadership teams and frontline operations to deliver sustainable improvements in quality, safety, and performance.
What I enjoy most is working closely with capable people — translating strategy into execution, solving real problems on the shop floor, and building systems that last. From defining clear priorities and eliminating critical losses to strengthening leadership behaviors and organizational ownership, the focus is always on practical, business-relevant results that make a measurable difference.
